Your WIM Score is a comprehensive measure of your professional profile strength. It reflects how complete and compelling your profile is across key areas: credentials, experience, Career DNA, and project history. A stronger WIM Score can increase your visibility to employers.

Invisible Mode lets you explore the platform and view alignment scores without being visible to employers. It's perfect for confidential career exploration — you stay in full control of when and how you appear to firms.

Absolutely. Your profile data, resume, and career preferences are kept strictly confidential. Employers only see candidates who have opted to be visible, and you always control what information is shared. We never sell your data.

Yes. You can upload your resume in PDF or Word format, and our AI will extract key information to help populate your profile. You always get to review and approve what's added before anything is saved.

After creating an employer account, go to your dashboard and click 'Post a Position.' You'll fill in details about the role, required qualifications, and your firm's culture. Once published, qualified professionals will see alignment scores for your posting.

Firm DNA is the employer equivalent of Career DNA. It captures your company's culture, values, growth trajectory, and what you look for in ideal candidates. This information powers the alignment engine so you attract professionals who truly fit your team.

Yes. Employer accounts include candidate search functionality where you can browse professionals based on skills, location, experience level, and alignment with your posted positions.

Yes. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission, secure authentication, and strict access controls. Your personal information is never shared without your explicit consent.

Yes. You can delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data from our platform.
